IT Support Analyst - Night Shift - 11pm-7am M-FFantastic opportunity to work for this international leader - Reporting to the IT Manager in Australia, this role will be supporting approx. 55 users onsite in Wythenshawe, resolving and assessing 1st line hardware and software issues and setting up newusers. You will be the primary point of contact for end-user support via ticketing system, phone, and email.This opportunity would be suitable for a candidate that has min 3 years 1st Line Support experience who can offer excellent customer service and can effectively communicate to both members of the internal team as well as non-technical end-users.The Opportunity
