Job Description

IT Support Analyst - Night Shift - 11pm-7am M-FFantastic opportunity to work for this international leader - Reporting to the IT Manager in Australia, this role will be supporting approx. 55 users onsite in Wythenshawe, resolving and assessing 1st line hardware and software issues and setting up newusers. You will be the primary point of contact for end-user support via ticketing system, phone, and email.This opportunity would be suitable for a candidate that has min 3 years 1st Line Support experience who can offer excellent customer service and can effectively communicate to both members of the internal team as well as non-technical end-users.The Opportunity

  • Ownership of the Helpdesk tickets for UK
  • Onsite and remote end-user support via email, phone, tickets
  • Application maintenance, testing, account creations
  • Administer Office365, AD Account creations
  • Hardware setup, maintenance, installation, upgrading (PC/Laptop)
  • Network printer troubleshooting and support
  • Supporting web conferencing services i.e., MS Teams, Zoom
About you
  • Previous experience in supporting L1/2 applications
  • Telephony experience including Dialler (Connex), AWS Connect, Teams Calling, VoIP (Avoxi) Microsoft Desktop OS, Server OS 2016/2019, Office365 Suite
  • Experience working within a remote support team
  • Strong customer service skills, with a view of being there to help
