I am actively looking to engage an Import Coordinator for an exciting new opportunity based close to Manchester Airport. This is a permanent, full time position working for a reputable business who boast offices globally.The candidate will:- Have experience of import procedures gained either in road/air/ocean freight- Have excellent communication skills - happy to help customers by providing updates and solving problems either on the telephone or via online communications- Has knowledge of Import Clearance procedures- Has experience of completing entries and shipping documentation- Has excellent attention to detail and can quickly identify anomalies in paperwork- Ideally has export knowledge, however knowledge of importing goods is the most critical for this position- Be a key team player - keen to play their part in the success of the business- Has excellent IT skills and can confidently use Microsoft based computer packagesFurther InformationThe salary for this position is based on experience up to £35,000 (negotiable) + holidays, pension, etcThe working hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1730The office is located in an easily accessible area close to the M56 at Manchester Airport and free parking is provided on site for all employees.Please forward your CV for immediate consideration for this position, the client is keen to interview and onboard the suitable candidate(s) as soon as possible.
