Job Description

Due to their ever-expanding growth are now seeking a Business Account / Sales Administrator to join their Customer Services team. The businessis well respected and successful - Its success is based on great products, hard work, flexibility, and innovation and delivering results.Job Purpose:The Business Account Coordinator role will be to support the B2B process from start to finish including administering orders on the SAGE 200 system, and to provide support and information to their customers at all stages of the sales process to drive continuousimprovements.Responsibilities:

  • Processing daily orders and managing fulfillment of orders via various internal and external warehouses.
  • Manage and utilise customer portals to check status of orders and delivery schedules, communicating with distribution centers and/or warehouses to resolve any issues.
  • Raise account invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete actions to enable the creation of account invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate clearly with Warehouse customer services team to ensure a smooth transition from Warehouse to customer.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through individual account support.
  • Creating supporting order documentation to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Maintain good relationships and communications with sales account managers to ensure transparency of information flow.
  • Working closely with supply chain to optimize stock movement, the processing of bonded stock movements and internal stock transfers between warehouses.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the CS team daily processes through embracing new ways of working and giving regular feedback.
  • Assist with business KPI Reporting.
  • Daily liaison with external customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support customers via telephone & email to discuss and resolve customer and system queries.
  • Manage and capture customer complaints on internal non-conformance database in a timely manner.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role.
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working in a similar role - preferably within an FMCG environment - You will have excellent communication and organisation skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
