Job Description

Fintelligent is seeking a keen Customer Service Advisor to join a financial services company in Altrincham. The role comes with a base salary of £22.5k and an excellent benefits package.This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in accountancy, customer service, and finance working for an established company.In your first few weeks in this Customer Service Advisor role, you can expect to:

  • Support new customers through the learning curve of an umbrella company
  • Resolve contractor relationships issues and complaints quickly, ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Deal with complex and numerical information and check/update accounts
  • Handle customer queries regarding pay and tax.
To apply for this Customer Service Advisor role, you will need to be well educated, with a degree preferred but not essential. You will also require the following:
  • Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Assistant, Technical Advisor, Payroll Advisor, Accounts Clerk, case handler or similar experience
  • Experience working in a busy environment.
