Job Description

Fintelligent is seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Development Executive to join our clients friendly team in Altrincham. This full-time new business role comes with a salary of £32,000 with uncapped commission and OTEs between £55,000-£60,000, andfantastic benefits.As an attentive Business Development Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls with contractors looking to set up under an umbrella company. You will also professionally use effective questioning to advise on the most suitable product and service.In your first few weeks in this Business Development Executive role, you can expect to:

  • Convert warm leads through web enquiries to secure sales of financial services
  • Have a good knowledge of the companys features to ensure contractors are informed
  • Achieve KPIs and activity levels whilst maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Provide excellent customer service and knowledge of the companys features to ensure the customer understands the service
To apply for this new business job, you must have a background as a Sales Advisor, Sales Executive, New Business Executive, Telesales Advisor or similar. You will also require a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a target-guided sales environment.In addition, you should be able to work in a busy environment and have excellent customer service skills. A degree is also preferred but not essential.In return for your passion, collaborative approach and commitment, you will receive a salary of £32K with uncapped commission and OTEs of up to £55K-£60K and the following benefits:
