Job Description

IT Support Technician / 3rd Line SupportWorking for a smart and fast thinking organisation who work as the IT hub of many UK businesses you will be the face and voice of IT support. We want smart and switched on Level 3 Engineers to join our team.Key working relationships InternalExcellent relationship with all team members, at all times working to complement their skills and knowledge with your own.ExternalRelationships and good lines of communication must be developed and managed with our clients and third party providers.Knowledge and ExperienceMicrosoft Windows 10 Microsoft 365 (including administration and migration) Microsoft Intune Azure Active Directory Microsoft Teams Good understanding of TCP/IP Networking and experience with DHCP, DNS, VPN

  • Firewalls and Switches, Routers
General telephony Good understanding of handheld peripherals e.g. iPad, iPhone, Android, etc. MAC OSX OS Troubleshooting printers Soft Skills: Experience dealing with end-users in a support role Excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal communication skills Willing to work within a team and as an individual Good technical and diagnosis aptitude is essential
