Lead quantity surveying efforts for residential development projects, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
Manage contractual relationships and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Collaborate with project teams to manage budgets, contracts, and procurement processes effectively.

Requirements:

Able to work on own initiative, with the drive to take ownership of projects
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
comprehensive understanding of construction processes, contracts, and financial management principles.
