Job Description

Are you a creative Graphic Designer looking for a new challengeDo you like working with new and innovative technology Look no further! REED Recruitment have the perfect opportunity for you!Working for one of the UKs leading audio retailer in consumer electronics, you will be playing a key role within the business driving their online presence.Salary up to £25K, plus bonus and free parking..The role will sit within and lead an existing graphic design department. Youll be highly motivated, full of ideas as well as having the creative attention to detail of product design work of the highest calibre.Passionate for design and branding, we are looking to find someone who is eager to use their skills while wanting to make a difference with the work that they produce. This role is in house working closely with our team. Not suitable for freelance work.Key responsibilities:

  • Leading the Graphic Design department to create impactful and engaging 2D/3D images from concept ideas to finished product production images with further ongoing rendered images to support marketing campaigns and online product listings.
  • Working on artwork for a variety of projects including online advertisement, sales, email, social media, website design, product listing pages, user manuals and flyers.
  • Website management for new and existing products listings, editing images and graphics where necessary to maintain an up to date online presence.
You will be able to demonstrate:
  • An ability to both work on own initiative independently as well as part of a team.
  • A passion for product design with the desire to continuously strive to develop new skills.
  • Youll thrive in fast-paced, changeable environments, you think proactively and meet tight deadlines on multiple projects.
  • An interest in user experience, working with members of relevant teams to study current customer journey and create impactful designs and shopping experiences that engage and inspire.
Knowledge and experience:
  • A degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent)
  • Complete understanding of 2D/3D modelling, Autodesk Maya, Redshift , Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and PDF creation.
  • A portfolio displaying variety of previous work and experience, highlighting your talent for rendering software producing lifestyle images showing suitability for the role.
  • Website and APP design.
