The role will you require you to make outbound calls to pre-qualified clients to generate new leads for the business.About UsUK Debt Advisors was set up to provide guidance and support to people who may be experiencing financial difficulty. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, UK Debt Advisors pride themselves on achieving the highest standards for their customers and employees.Call Centre Adviser role includes:

Outbound calls offering solutions to clients struggling with their debt

Completing client’s details over the phone and explaining the benefits of the service

Building strong relationships with customers in a friendly, empathetic and professional manner

Successful candidates will have:

A minimum 12 months experience in an outbound telesales role
