My client is looking for an Telemarketing/Enrolment Advisor to support the front end, enrolment process for our Skills Bootcamp programmes.The Skills Bootcamp Team is a fast-paced environment whose aim is to deliver first class customer service while delivering exceptional advice and guidance for their learners and clients. Full training will be given for this role.This is a Fixed Term Contract lasting for 4 months an office-based role located in Wyboston Lakes, St Neots.Key Responsibilities: Outbound calls to new learner leads on a daily basis Outbound calls to the existing database for the purpose of cleaning the database and finding learners who are still interested in the Skills Bootcamps Generate and email out application E-forms for learners that want to enrol onto a Skills Bootcamp Add learner names to the Enrolment Teams pipeline tracker for progression Saving incoming E-forms in learner evidence packs General ad-hoc administration duties as and when needed Ensure excellent customer service is given to our clients and studentsSkills Required: Initiative and a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of tasks Excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written English communications skills Hard working and positive attitude Good interpersonal and client relationship skills Time management, organisation and planning skillsWhat our clients says about the businessWe are a global businessOur Head Office is in London, and we have offices and training centres in Europe.
