Job Description

Xpert Resourcing is looking for a Client Relationship Manager/Business Analyst to join a successful corporate business based close to St Neots. This position will be responsible for driving and enabling growth in 2 key sectors of the business portfolio.Duties will include:

Gaining an in depth knowledge of our clients performance in the 2 key sectors
Understanding our clients position in the target markets
Focus on what needs to be done to grow both sectors of the business
Agree and implement a strategic plan of how to develop corporate business opportunities within the 2 target sectors
Build relationships with target and existing contacts within the sectors

Energetic, focused on delivery of results and targets
Analytical skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to inspire others to buy from you
Able to work to a plan and with structure and purpose
Ability to build relationships and negotiate relationships and deal with corporate clients
Commercially focused
Evidence of having input strategically into the growth of an insurance broking business would be highly advantageous but is not essential

Hours of work:Monday - Friday - 8.30 - 4.30pm or 9.00am - 5.00pmBenefits:
