Job Description

Resourcing and Scheduling Administrator£22k-£24k Full Time Permanent Monday to FridayWyboston, BedfordshireWere looking for a UK Resourcing and Scheduling Administrator. This is an exciting, fast paced role and has been created to support our rapidly growing UK and Nordic regions. Working from our UK Training Centre in Wyboston as part of our Operations department,the successful applicant will be responsible for allocating our vast pool of instructors to our course delivery dates and will report into the Scheduling and Resourcing Manager.Our award winning client are a training company with a unique approach.   1. Utilising a list of approved instructors you will allocate them to a public scheduled list of courses. You should aim to have all courses scheduled no less than 10 weeks to the delivery date.
  2. Where demand arises, work to resource courses proactively to ensure that sales have enough seats to sell. For example; where a course is sold out, you may be asked to schedule another course to cope with demand.
  3. Custom Course Requirements - Where the Sales team have demand for a customised course that requires slight changes (i.e change to length of days or expansion on a module) you should work with an approved instructor to present a course with the relevantchanges. Work with the commercial manager to ensure it is priced up correctly taking into account any development that may be required.
  4. Closed Course Requirements - Where the Sales team have demand for a course solely for an individual company, work to find a date and an available instructor that works for the client.
  5. Complete all administrative tasks attached to delivering each course in regard to the instructor resourcing side of the course delivery process.
  6. Manage the scheduling service desk. This is where requests will be added, reviewed, managed and processed
