Job Description

No previous insurance experience required just a professional and confident telephone manner and great work ethic!Our client is a stable and ethical organisation, offering a wide range of high quality services to both business and consumers.You will be sponsored through 18 months of industry development and will acquire recognised qualifications within a two year period whilst learning on the job.The role will involve working in a busy office environment mostly phone based speaking to customers, working under pressure and to tight deadlines. You must have a self -starting mindset and desire to succeed.You will support new and existing customers purchase, amend and renew insurance policies, across a vast range of products. This is predominantly a customer service role that requires a personable and caring approach to deliver a fantastic customer experience.This includes working within a vibrant and multiskilled sales environment, to meet agreed targets through sales, retentions and compliance. Our supportive team and passion for customer excellence makes this role the perfect introduction to the insurancesector.What are you waiting for Apply now for this fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing business who pride themselves on caring for their employees and customers.Essential skills/experience:Good communication skills, written and verbalCustomer service experience from any sector (this can be face to face)It competencyA can-do attitudeDesirable skills/experience:Previous customer service phone based experienceHours of work:Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm (1 week in 4), Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (2 weeks in 4), Monday to Friday 10:00am-6:00pm (1 week in 4), and Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm (an average of 1 week in 3).Money Handling procedures means that a personal credit check will be carried out for successful candidates.Starting basic salary £21,000 + an attractive bonus scheme - possible OTE £27,000 .Benefits:
