Job Title: Enrolment AdvisorJob ID: 09787Location: Wyboston, St. Neots.Job Type: PermanentSalary: £20-24kIndustry: EducationCompany:One of the UKs leading IT Apprenticeship Training providers are currently recruiting for a Enrolment Advisor, the role will be based in Wyboston Training Office and the role will be to support the front end, enrolment process for the Skills Bootcamp programme.They are now recognised amongst the Worlds Top IT Training Companies.The Skills Bootcamp team is a fast-paced environment whose aim is to deliver first class customer service while delivering exceptional advice and guidance for learners and clients. Full training will be given for this role.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and expand your own training and development.The role:

  • Enrol learners and build cohorts for our Skills Bootcamp programmes
  • Engage with applicants that have applied for a place on our Skills Bootcamps
  • Send Application forms, Technical Assessments and Learner Agreements for applicants to complete
  • Conduct ID and address confirmation checks
  • Check accuracy of the application forms and amend if necessary
  • Check applicants are eligible and meet the funding requirements
  • Confirm learner course attendance
  • Look for organisations e.g. job centres / charities who can feed delegates into us in locations where Skills Bootcamps are taking place
  • Data processing on various CRM platforms
  • Ensure excellent customer service is given to our clients and students
  • Present information webinars
Skills Required:
  • Experience working with the Microsoft suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and ideally experience with CRM software
  • Confidence making and taking phone calls
  • Initiative and a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
  • Hard working and positive attitude
  • Good interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Time management, organisation and planning skills
  • Adaptable to constant change
  • Previous experience in an office based, customer support and administration role is essential
