Full training will be given for this role.Key responsibilities for the enrolment adviser (skills bootcamps)Key responsibilitiesEnrol learners and build cohorts for our Skills Bootcamp programmesEngage with applicants that have applied for a place on our Skills BootcampsSend Application forms, Technical Assessments and Learner Agreements for applicantsto completeConduct ID and address confirmation checksCheck accuracy of the application forms and amend if necessaryCheck applicants are eligible and meet the funding requirementsConfirm learner course attendanceLook for organisations e.g. jobcentres / charities who can feed delegates into us in locations where Skills Bootcamps are taking placeData processing on various CRM platformsEnsure excellent customer service is given to our clients and studentsPresent information webinarsRegardless of where youre based, you will have all the tools you need to carry out your role. Youll also have a buddy to help you settle in and answer any questions before you join and during your first few weeks. Day to day communication between theteams and regions is easy as well as regular face to face contact and meetings, youll also get to see colleagues through regular Skype calls and hear what everyone has to say across the various Yammer groups.
