We are looking for a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Wrothamwith an immediate start. In this role, you will provide support to the class teacher and work with students of varying abilities.As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a critical role in helping students achieve their academic goals and develop key life skills. You will work with small groups of students and provide one-to-one support where necessary.Successful candidates will have experience working as a Teaching Assistant or similar role, and a good understanding of classroom dynamics. You must be able to work well within a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
