Pay: Leadership L7 to L11Start Date: Easter 2021 or as soon as possibleHEAD OF SCHOOL - PRIMARY (KS2)Grange Park School at Stansted is looking for a Head of School for the Junior Site from Easter 2021 or sooner. The Stansted site is located 3 miles from the main Secondary site located in Wrotham. We are looking to expand in 2021 with years 4, 5, 6 and 7 located at the junior site. The school currently has 18 pupils with numbers set to increase to 40.This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take a step into senior leadership or for an experienced senior leader to move into SEN. Applications from experienced SEN colleagues would also be welcomed. All our pupils have a diagnosis of Autism and an Educational Health Care Plan. The current senior leaders have all come from a mainstream background and have been trained to develop their ASC expertise. Passion for education is what is key to the role. What is most important is that you will have a drive to ensure that our pupils experience the highest levels of educational and learning experiences. The pupils are at the heart of all that we do and we wish to further enhance our reputation of being outstanding ASC experts.You will have the support to develop your knowledge of Autism and special school education in Kent. The successful candidate will be encouraged to be a key part of the KSENT co-operative trust of which we take an active role.We are looking for a committed and dynamic leader to join our ambitious and dedicated team. From September 2020 the school will be made up of four classes of ten pupils each with their own teacher and learning mentor.
