Start Date: Immediate Pay: Kent Range 6 Finance and Exams Officer - Salary Scale KentScheme 6 Pro-Rota Salary £18,160 - £19,822 (FTE £20,585 -£22,469 pa) - the actual salary will be based on qualifications, skills andprevious experience. Starting December 2020 / January 2021 The main duties of the role will be: Finance Officer To forecast and monitor expenditure of schoolbudget against specific headings in accordance with KCC Financial Regulationsand Education requirements and provide information to the Headteacher, BusinessManager and Governors as required. Exams Officer To manage and administer all examination/testentries in collaboration with member of staff responsible for the curriculumand examinations. The hours will be 37 per week, 5 days a week for 40weeks a year (term time + 5 INSET days + 5 preparation days). The position will involve working closely withstaff, pupils, parents, Kent County Council officers and members of thecommunity. Previous experience of SIMS.net knowledge would bedesirable however full training will be provided. Experience of general officeand other computer programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) is essential.The school offers comprehensive training in ASC,exceptional CPD support and development opportunities through our Co-operativeTrust of SEN schools.
