We are looking for:Depot Parts ManagerDue to expansion of our JCB business we are now recruiting a Depot Parts Manager for our Wrotham Branch. The successful candidate should ideally have an Agricultural background and have a proven track record in managing a parts department. Good customer service experience is essential, along with good IT skills e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel. In addition, knowledge of the IBCOs management system would be an advantage, but not essential. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to, the efficient running of the department, delivering a first-class customer service experience both externally and internally, maximising the sales and margin opportunities through upselling and promotions and customer relations management.They offer competitive salaries.
