Could you be one of themAbout the RoleTo deliver the best for our customers, the people on the team also need to be the best!We are now on the lookout for a committed, motivated, and pro-active Project Manager. The ideal person will have the ability to lead and take responsibility and ownership of issues/matters planning and scheduling tasks whilst working in a close knit team.The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, pulling together a wide number of activities across 3 teams and be capable of delivering project updates to the development manager as well as to all levels within thebusiness.Responsibilities:

• Schedule and maintain the agile delivery of software development projects within the agreed scope, cost, and timescale.
• Work with the development teams to interpret the requirements as they come in and translate these to deliverable tasks within the aligned projects.
• Consistently produce accurate and meaningful status reports.
• Support the identification of solutions and think creatively where there are resource constraints, unclear, and/or changing requirements.
• Coordinate the development teams work stack balancing the requirement to deliver project work with any BAU requests that come in.
• Coordinate the delivery of projects within Nasstars software development processes ensuring that all change management requirements are met.

What we are looking for:

• PMP or Prince2
• Successfully translates new business goals/aims into practical requirements
• Understands the software development lifecycle
• Has working knowledge and understanding of Agile principles
• Experience managing data projects including but not limited - BI reporting, data cleaning

Nice to haves:

• Experience using Jira
• Has a knowledge and understanding about the wider business, market, and industry as a whole
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues from across the business
