An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Insurance Sales Professional based at our Wotton-under-Edge site.As a Trainee Insurance Sales Professional within our growing team, you will play a key role in the success of an established and expanding local business, ensuring that our customers are at the heart of everything we do. With the aim being to develop youover time into a Commercial Account Executive.The RoleAs a trainee, you will start your career by gaining your licensing in all Motor and Personal products. You will be supported through this journey whilst continuing to develop your insurance expertise. You will embed these licenses and skills in supportingthe Customer Service Team. You will also be taught and supported in cross-selling other products we offer to customers, including our Financial Services offerings which are delivered by a dedicated Financial AdviserYou will have a detailed Personal Development Plan to ensure you are achieving in line with the agencys expectation, but also at a pace and style that suits you.Once you have embedded and gained confidence in the Motor and Personal products, you would then learn the relevant Bespoke and Commercial licenses and undertake you CII qualifications.
