Job Description

Dental Practice Manager We are seeking an exceptional, dynamic, and innovative Dental Practice Manager to join our team and contribute to delivering effective services. This role is pivotal in our journey to become the leading dental services provider in the UK, and we are lookingfor a professional who is ready to be part of our outstanding team during an exciting time of growth and change. Day to Day of the role:

  • Line management of dental receptionists and dental nurses, including appraisals and personal development.
  • Support the clinical team in achieving their objectives.
  • Manage the practice’s financial operations effectively, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Supervise all banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation, and debt management.
  • Provide reports to facilitate the smooth operation of the practice.
  • Deliver practice targets for NHS and private care.
  • Maintain up-to-date practice documentation, including policies, procedures, and handbooks.
  • Ensure practice compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of dental industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team to meet practice objectives.
