Were passionate about natural, good quality, responsibly sourced ingredients and our product range includes over 800 differentproducts from dried herbs and spices, to wholefoods, botanicals and oils, all sourced from suppliers around the world.Were also passionate about our people and creating an inclusive culture that allows all members of our team to bring ideas to the table and take part in driving change and growth for the future.ABOUT THE ROLEYoull be responsible for driving B2B sales whilst delivering exceptional customer service at all times.Youll focus on building relationships with our clients, understanding their businesses and seeking opportunities to up and cross sell. Taking a proactive approach to sales, handling sales enquires and orders, seeking new clients, nurturing new prospectsand winning back lapsed client accounts will be the foundations of your role, enabling you to drive sales forwards for the business and ensuring we can achieve our financial sales targets.Youll work closely with individuals in the Sales and Customer Service Support role, to ensure clients get a full 360 experience from enquiry through to delivery.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing orders from clients
  • Generating quotes and sales invoices
  • Identifying new business oppourtunities
  • Cold calling new leads and prospects
  • Reclaiming lapsed client accounts through telephone and email interaction
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Achieve daily call KPIs
ABOUT YOUYoull be enthusiastic about sales; eager to get on the phone and convert leads to clients. Youll be a positive, self-motivated and resilient individual who finds the prospect of achieving sales targets exciting. Youll take a proactive approach to yourrole will be essential and multi tasking in fast paced environment will be second nature to you.Finally, youll understand that working in a small business means collaborating with your colleagues and you wont be afraid to support your team mates when needed.Previous experience in a B2B sales role and strong computer skills are essential._____________________________________In addition to a competitive salary, youll also be eligable for:
