To promptly provide customer estimates according to company guidelines on schedules, time and pricing, the individual needs to be a strong negotiator and so you will need to have strong "Front of House" skills.We need an individual who can estimate for the benefits of the customer and the company hence why we are looking for someone with a proven background. Having the ATA (VDA "Vehicle Damage Assessor") accreditation is desirable but not essential for the right person.
