A well-established organisation is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team on an initial 1 year Fixed-Term Contract basis, located in Abbey Wood. Please note this position will be office-based initially for a 3-month training periodand upon successful completion of this, the company offers 2 days remote working.Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the chosen candidate will work as part of a tight-knit team of 4 to provide an effective and efficient HR partnering service to senior managers. You will assist in delivering a full HR service to the business, providingsupport across recruitment, engagement initiatives, handling complex employee relations matters, and learning and development.In order to be suitable for this role, you must be a proven HR generalist with demonstrable expertise in employee relations. You will have excellent communication skills and demonstrable expertise in providing a proactive support service to the business.You will be a personable and empathetic HR professional with a passion for people, consummate communication skills, and a proven track record of implementing a successful HR strategy. CIPD accreditation is preferred but not essential.You will ensure that a smooth and efficient HR service is delivered to the business, providing guidance to the business from an operational perspective.
