Assistant Restaurant Manager - Pub - Woolacombe - Up to £26,000Paramount Personnel is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a pub in the Woolacombe area. You will oversee the daily operations, ensure that the highest standards are maintained, and assist servers and hosts on the floor during peak periods. Youwill strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximise the financial performance in areas of your responsibility.

Your duties will include:Overseeing the bar area, supervising food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies.Creating a positive team atmosphere amongst Team Members.Maintaining records of staff periodic manner and operating costs.Providing feedback and coaching to the Team.Setting high standards for appropriate team behavior on shift.Working with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.Handling guest complaints.Maintaining budget and employee records.Totaling receipts and balances against sales, deposit receipts, and closing down at the end of the shift.Ensuring staff are fully aware of any potential allergens and communicate this to the guests.Taking ownership of issues or tasks and also gives a detailed update to the General Manager.Proficiency in Point of sale (POS ) software, inventory software, Restaurant guest satisfactory tracking software etc...For more information regarding this position please send your CV through this website.Please note that if you apply for this vacancy then you have given permission under Data Protection (GDPR) for us to share selected details with our clients for their related vacancies.
