Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, youll be starting on a salary of £22,000 which rises to £23,000 after one year and a £500 bonus upon completion of probation. Your day to day responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:
  • Active listening and questioning in order to be able to troubleshoot queries for members experiencing issues with products and services
  • Providing one call resolution to resolve the question, query, problem or the first time theyve reached out for that specific issue
  • This is a regulated and fast paced environment so being able to meet compliance and productivity requirements
  • Speaking with members via different channels such as phone, email and social media
This position is ideal for somebody who doesnt want to be outbound dialling as youll be dealing with members who are contacting you for your helpIf you have the following skills, wed like to hear from you for the Customer Service Advisor position:
  • Experience surrounding technical and troubleshooting queries
  • Previous experience working in a telephony based customer service position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good understanding of recent technology
  • Being able to work under pressure and hold conversation whilst working multiple systems
