Job Description

Your new roleGovernance and Performance - Records Management team are responsible for the governance, advice and assistance on the creation, capture, storage and ultimate disposal of information across the company.As an Associate Delivery Manager, you will be one of the main points of contact across the Digital Services Directorate for the Records Management Advice team, providing support on a wide range of tasks, including responsibility for daily electronic recordsmanagement, regular report running, monitoring of records management advice inbox and supporting colleagues across the business. The successful candidate will be able to prioritise their workload, complete tasks to agreed deadlines, thereby ensuring a smoothand efficient process for our customers.This role can be based in any main National Highways location with the flexibility to work remotely but will require travel when necessary to other locations, subject to COVID-19 guidelines.What youll be leading onMonitoring and daily management of Records Management Advice mailbox and ServiceNow.Responsibility for electronic records management regular report running (SHARE)Point of contact for requests from LIMs and creation of workflow requests.Completing annual National Archives Information Management ReportManagement and disposition of Project and Enterprise WorkspacesTo be successfulExperience of working with records management (SHARE or similar) is essential for this role.Well organised, with good communication skills, both oral and writtenGood IT skills across a range of Microsoft Office applications (including Excel).Previous administrative support experience, ideally in a governance environmentAbility to prioritise tasks, and deliver work on time to the required quality standardA bit about usThe Digital Services Directorate is a growing and vibrant team and there has never been a better time to join us as we go through our transformation programme.
