HIU Engineer / Commercial Plumber required for our client, a HVAC services provider, based in South London. The HIU Engineer / Commercial Plumber must be based around in or close to London, as the client operate throughout London and the Southern Home counties.The HIU Engineer can be based either North or South of the river, as the client will generally try to keep them within a localised patch.The successful candidate will be tasked with carrying out servicing and repair works, on HIUs within commercial sites, as well as carrying out servicing and repairs / replacements on plant room equipment including thermostatic valves, pumps, radiators, boostersand general pipework.The HIU Engineer / Commercial Plumber must have experience carrying out work on HIUs as well as working on plant room equipment, ideally holding an NVQ level 3 in plumbing, or equivalent. The successful candidate must also be based within commutable distanceof the patch.HIU Engineer / Commercial Plumber Position Requirements
