Situated just out side of Exeter in a beautiful rural setting we are recruiting for a number of positions for a Resort consisting of Hotel, Spa full leisure facilities and one of the most picturesque golf courses in Devon.Located close to Exeter with easy links to the M5. A 4 star hotel with lodges, 2 destination dining outlets and banqueting facilities for up to 200 people.Home to an 18 hole championship golf course, 9 hole golf course and our health club has a gym, with state-of-the-art cardio and resistance machines, as well as 95+ weekly fitness classes for members.The role of a F&B Ops ManagerDo you pride yourself in delivering an amazing F&B experience for your guests As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the resort operates at peak standards at all times, driving exceptional standards of hospitality on a day to day basis.We are looking for a Food and Beverage operations Manager at the top of their game, to deliver great experiences to our guests and visitors. Your experience must be of an equivalent and appropriate level to be considered. You will have 2 Assistant Managers reporting in along with the C&E ops manager.This is an extremely popular leisure & golfing venue. Our guests visit us for our fun, friendly, engaging atmosphere, and we only hire the very best, and those that are happy to work, the peak trading times of the business.This is a full time role of 5 days out of the 7 day week, a competitive salary is on offerwith a whole host of benefits along side it...
