Job Description

Situated just out side of Exeter in a beautiful rural setting we are recruiting for a number of positions for a Resort consisting of Hotel, Spa full leisure facilities and one of the most picturesque golf courses in Devon.Located close to Exeter with easy links to the M5. A 4 star hotel with lodges, 2 destination dining outlets and banqueting facilities for up to 200 people.Home to an 18 hole championship golf course, 9 hole golf course and our health club has a gym, with state-of-the-art cardio and resistance machines, as well as 95+ weekly fitness classes for members.The duty manager will hold two key duties

  • Assist the Resort Operations Manager and Operational Heads of Departments in completing all activities related to the operations of a resort.
  • To oversee the effective and efficient operation of the Resort on a daily shift rota basis. To act as the senior person on duty for the duration of the shift dealing with member/ guest complaints and enquiries and assisting the relevant operational HOD whilst on shift.
    • This is a full time role of 5 days out of the 7 day week, a competitive salary is on offerwith a whole host of benefits along side it...
