The role of Sales Office Supervisor is pivotal to on-going growth, they are looking for an individual who can add value to theirbusiness. They are looking for someone who has the ability to fit in with a vibrant team and continue the sales growth both within the UK and internationally.The role:" Lead, motivate and supervise a sales and administration team" Set and monitor sales targets for the sales team" Provide ongoing support to the Head of Sales" Liaise with all key accounts and chain studios on enquiries and orders" Compile and analyse sales statistics." Attending exhibitions and trade shows" Liaise with purchasing and the warehouse operation to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time" Manage the customer database" Coach develop existing Team leaders and Sales Admins.Experience required:" Previous experience in a supervisory role preferably in a sales or contact centre setting." Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to solve day to day problems" Excellent people management and relationship skills" Knowledge of all Microsoft packages and CRM databases" Excellent organisational skills coupled with administration.Salary £28- £30k (Depending on experience) plus bonus.Full time Occasional Monday to Friday role with occasional trade shows that fall on a weekend a few times per year.If you are interested in applying, please send your CV
