Night Shift Manager - Food ManufacturerSalary: £38,000 + Pension + BenefitsLocation: WombwellReference: Jo5009/SBContinental Shift Pattern 4 on 3 off - 7pm-5am.The CompanyBased within one of the UK’s leading privately owned food manufacturing groups my client is looking to recruit an experienced maintenance engineer to add to their existing team. The company have been established almost 40 years and have a reputation whichis instantly recognisable within food manufacturing.Key Skills

Previous Shift Management experience in manufacturing.
Good people management experience.
Food/FMCG experience.

The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day manufacturing operations on site. You will be responsible for managing a team of shift operatives together with the complete production & engineering facilities on this site on shift.The ideal candidate will come from a paint process or similar manufacturing/operations supervisory background, with experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing techniques and a working knowledge of TPM. This successful candidate will conduct appraisalswith employees and operationally manage key performance indicators across all areas of production & engineering, to ensure that all targets are hit, to fulfil their customer requirements.
