Talent Acquisition Partner£45,000-£55,000 (DOE)Wellingborough, NorthamptonHybrid after 3 monthsGreat benefits!OverviewAs an established internal recruitment professional, you’ll be accountable for the entire recruitment lifecycle, with the key focus on ensuring you attract and retain the best talent the market has to offer by supporting hiring managers to ensure a strongpipeline of talent for our continued success.You will collaborate and communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, whilst proposing and supporting ongoing improvements to our recruitment strategy, to achieve positive hiring outcomes for all concerned.Role and Responsibilities•Be a key point of contact across the business to manage vacant positions partnering with key stakeholders to plan and evaluate how to recruit roles of all levels.•Source passive candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks) by utilising expert knowledge and writing skills to ensure that all adverts and relevant content are optimised, across the various marketing channels.•Proactively sourcing, engaging with and building a pipeline of specialist talent - collaborating with stakeholders and HR colleagues, to develop strategies for identifying and reaching out to a specialist, hard-to-reach talent.•Talent acquisition programme support for current skills shortages and resourcing challenges including organising (and attending) promotional events and targeted marketing.•Providing an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding•Creating engaging recruitment campaigns that will support our D&I goals and deliver a memorable recruitment experience.•Support employer branding initiatives.•Researching and delivering meaningful talent insights into current and emerging market trends, to inform and shape hiring plans.•Using data to continuously review, report on, and refine recruitment campaigns and strategies.•To perform any other reasonably asked tasks.•Manage applicants through the whole recruitment process from initial enquiry, shortlisting of CVs, booking interviews and the offer process providing clear, consistent, and regular communication.Requirements
