Events Sales ManagerSutton Coldfield£30,000Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a new and exciting role for an Events Manager at a luxury hotel near to Birmingham, with excellent career opportunities.About the role:

  • Responsible for managing the sales team and meeting sales targets
  • Managing event co-ordination
  • Handling and monitoring day to day enquiries
  • Monitoring team performance and conducting 1-1 development
  • Contributing to budgeting and overseeing client contracts
The ideal candidate has:
  • Worked within a large conference hotel and events department
  • Managed a team
  • Proven success in meeting individual and team conversion targets
  • Has responsibility for SLAs for all stages of enquiry
