Very attractive office based role working in a team of 4 sales people for an innovative, growing software consultancy. They need a professional B2B Telesales / Telemarketing Executive / Account Manager, who is team and company oriented, someone who is interested in IT and the software sector and cares about the customers. Someone who doesnt clock watch, and has a consultative sales approach.There is a goldmine of existing clients here, and companies that have previously requested information. These are waiting to be tapped into, but it needs the right person who is genuinely interested in the clients and their businesses, and wants to sell them new software releases, add-on products and add-on services that will help them to grow and improve their businesses, and increase their profits and margins. Basic salary to £28k with £10k of commission and some extra over ride commission on top.The job is office based in Sutton Coldfield and you need to be able to commute there easily as they are looking for someone who wants a long term career. So its worth thinking about the traffic route from where you live.There are well over one thousand existing clients, and around another 20,000 on the database who would all be interested in hearing about new products and services. So the job is to talk to these customers from an account manager perspective and offer them consulting services, training sessions, add on software, new products and so on.You will have a proven background in B2B sales, telesales or account management and a professional consultative approach. You like to win and earn your commission, but you are not in it purely for the money - you get great satisfaction from helping your clients improve their businesses, and you are interested in what the companies do and how they operate. You look to build long term relationships.The ideal candidate will sales skills they have gained in the software or IT sectors.
