We have an opportunity for a support engineer to join our busy Internal Support Team based in Wisborough Green.The main focus is to provide support for the use of key business applications. The role can be varied and covers a wide range of technologies so the candidate must be able to adapt to changes in responsibilities and duties as appropriate.Internal IT Support Engineer Key Responsibilities:+ Provide support for the use of key business applications.+ Handle incoming calls from users.+ Operate a helpdesk system responding to problems quickly, efficiently and in a timely manner.+ Maintain user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange.+ Build, service and troubleshoot laptops and desktops.+ Ensure systems are kept up-to-date and maintained in line with best practice.+ Co-ordination with 3rd party vendors to support systems.+ To follow and aid in the development and deployment of ISO processes and software solutions in line with business strategy and the priority set by management.+ Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies and where appropriate participate in projects relating to supported applications and new systems for the business.+ Occasional out of hours work may be required as and when necessary.Skills and Experience:+ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.+ Able to work collaboratively as part of the team, but also independently and using your own initiative.+ A professional and confident approach.+ Accuracy and attention to detail.+ Ability to efficiently plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.+ Previous applications, software or product support, experience working within a support team+ Windows 10+ Active Directory administration+ DNS, DHCP+ Hardware/software builds+ Active Directory+ Windows server experience+ Printers+ SharePoint+ Office 365+ OneDriveBeneficial Skills / Experience:+ ISO 27001+ SCCM+ Networking skills+ Microsoft or ITIL qualificationsLocation: Based from our Head Office in Wisborough Green, West SussexHours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) 09:00 to 17:30.Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 depending on skills and experienceStart date: ASAPBenefits & Perks:Includes: 25 days annual leave, life assurance, healthcare cash plan, employee assistance programme, on-line discounts & savings platform, free parking, spot bonus scheme, recruitment bounty scheme, dress down Friday, free fruit, Fundraising, Sports & Social club.Additional Information:+ Must have the right to live and work in the UK.+ Due to our location, access to own transport is essential.Join us at the forefront.
