Job descriptionAre you an experiencedWarehouse Team Managerused to managing large teams of Warehouse Operatives a fast paced environment We have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Team Manager to work with a well known fashion brand based inWarrington.This ispermanentrole working4 on/ 4 off Days 8am8pm with a salary of £26,780 - £31,271per annumdependent on experience. Excellent benefits include Annual Bonus, Pension Scheme, Sharesave Scheme, LifeAssurance and Staff Discounts!AsWarehouse Team Manageryou will have responsibility for20-40 Warehouse Operativesensuring the warehouse operation runs smoothly and that all items are selected, packed and distributed correctly and to a high standard.You will produce daily and weekly plans to achieve targets, monitor performance against standards and ensure all Health and Safety policies are adhered to. It will be your responsibility to investigate and monitor all incidents identifying root cause and implementingrecommendations.Strong people managementskills are required to be successful in this role with good understanding of what motivates individuals to be the best they can be and manage performance accordingly. By creating a fun, fair and rewarding culture youwill train, coach and mentor your team to drive them to perform to the highest standards.We are keen to hear from applicants withprevious warehouse management experiencein a similar role working in a24/7 operationwho can think their feet and work independently.
