Job Description

My client based in lovely offices on the outskirts of Wokingham are looking for an Internal Sales Project Specialist to join their team. This role will involve working on various projects talking to customers/ patients and identifying their needs and thenmatching them to specific products. This is not just a sales role it is also supporting customers/patients through part of their journey and supporting/solving their needs.This role would suit someone who enjoys talking to and helping people.Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams and key customers.The Responsibilities of the Project Sales Specialist are:

  • Develop and refine the end to end sales processes to include timely sampling and follow up .
  • Maintain and expand company data base of prospective end users.
  • Educate on product features and benefits where relevant
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity
  • Use clinical guides and tools where appropriate to support consumers with better solutions for their needs
  • Keep knowledge of Competitor products up to date, knowing what needs to be captured and fed back from calls
  • Participate in periodic sales training and development, including product, clinical, marketing programs, customer care, and commercial excellence
  • Provide market insights and feedback based on the trends identified from the various workstreams and projects.
  • Track, monitor and present KPIs and digital marketing initiatives/campaigns progress to wider organisation.
  • Coordinate and initiate a call plan/cycle/journey for end users
  • Support other members of the team through delivery
  • Upgrade end users to most technologically beneficial/new products within portfolio
  • Actively participate in digital marketing campaigns and activities providing vital input based on end user interactions
  • Monitor and report on sample requests via digital marketing campaigns ensure standardised, timely follow up to close new business
We are looking for candidates with :
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to interpret sales data and apply this to the role
  • Excellent self-motivational skills - able to work well within in a team but also to be able to work alone
  • Desire to make life more dignified and rewarding for health care professionals and end users
  • Dependability, takes ownership, follows through and has a willingness to support the team and the wider business, ability to get it done
  • Collaboration, has the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver project objectives
  • High level of empathy and comfortable speaking and engaging with people over the phone
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Takes initiative with the ability to drive continuous process improvement
  • Excellent IT skills specifically CRM management, Power Point and Excel
This position is an initial 12 month maternity cover, offering a salary of £30,000-£32,000 with excellent benefits which includes 25 days holiday.
