Sales AdministratorLocation : WinnershSalary : £23,000 - £30,000Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pmHybrid options are available once you have been trainedMy client who are based in Winnersh are going currently through a huge expansion and are looking to recruit an Sales Administrator or Sales Support Executive to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have got excellent communication skills andhave got an excellent eye for detail. To apply for this role you must be an excellent team player who thrives in a fast paced and busy environment.Daily DutiesGenerate quotes by gathering information from various sources including job reports, engineers and suppliersEffective and efficient handling of new sales enquiries, managing from inception to mobilisation.Gathering all relevant information to produce a compelling quote or service contract, tailoring to clients needs, whilst protecting marginsFollow up quotes to maximise conversionNurture and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractorsExplore and propose new supplier and subcontractor relationships, where gaps are identifiedSupport the growth aspirations of the business by actively suggesting new sales opportunities and revenue streamsWork closely with Customer Services and Sales Operations to deliver an exceptional level of serviceProvide general support to the sales managersKey SkillsExcellent attention to detailStrong communication skillsAble to work in a team environmentEnjoys working in a fast paced environmentAble to prioritise your own workload
