Development Manager | Global Software Company | Winnersh | Incredible Employee BenefitsEXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY: We are currently recruiting for a highly recognised Global Software Company that are giants within their industry, for the role of Development Manager. Its an exciting opportunity to work for a huge company that have over 6 million customers worldwide with offices around the globe, they are extremely well established in the finance domain, specialising in offering theirsoftware to manage financial operations, including HR, payroll, payments, assets and more!What youll be doing:

  • Partaking and driving participation in Agile processes, leading agile ceremonies where needed
  • Analysing, architects and develops new products/features in a maintainable high quality way
  • Coaching and mentoring other developers
  • Owning technical relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to the wider team development practices to aid continual improvement across the field
  • Assist adopting teams by dealing with their queries and answering coding forum questions. This requires a diverse knowledge of tech stacks and significant troubleshooting skills
Main Skills/ Requirements:
  • Strong experience leading agile software development teams
  • Hands-on experience of effectively managing people from remote geographical locations
  • Relational and non-relational databases, RESTful API design
  • Exposure to DevOps, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD
  • Strong hands-on background with .Net/.Net core
