Contract RequirementsAdministratorOur client, a central London NHS hospital is looking for an administrator to work as Ward Clerk for an Admissions department to manage day-to-day running of wards.Salary: £15-16 per hour via Umbrella Company / £14.43 via PAYEDuration:3-6 monthsASAP startLocation:Central London Hours:37.5Main Duties;

Manage day to day running of the wards without supervision
To provide a high standard reception service and general administrative support whilst being first point of contact to patients
Accurately record patients attendance and discharges on the Trusts electronic system correctly
Maintain a good knowledge of RTT outcomes and the affect it has on patient pathways
Accurately discharge patients once surgery complete using the correct RTT code

Track all patient Health Records appropriately to the relevant service, using the electronic case note tacking system.Ideal skills required will include:

Administrator / Receptionist
Experience in a demanding customer service/patient-facing role
