BricklayerSalary: £15 - £19m per hour OR Price Work AvailableContract DetailsTemporary - Long TermContract Hours40+ per weekJob DescriptionImperial Recruitment are looking for local Bricklayers and/or bricklaying squads for new build housing developments in Wingate, Co Durham and Middlesbrough, Teesside. CSCS Card essential and previous house building experience preferred.We are looking at long term temporary assignments for a first class construction firm in the local area. We have roles available in Gateshead and Whitby for immediate starts and other sites throughout the region will need your support moving forward. Ideally - we would like to pay on a price work basis - very competitive rates aimed at keeping all parties happy. We have lots of work throughout the region and can keep good quality squads busy for a prolonged duration. Immediate starts available in Middlesbrough (Nunthorpe) and Wingate (County Durham) and more work to follow between Whitby and Gateshead so any local brickwork specialists can apply with some confidence that there will be a site within a decent commute of them.Ideally we are looking for existing squads with experience of facing, trenching, lintels, etc. The usual house building work. The client is looking for reliable, confident and proven bricklayer and labourers for the long term - could be a great connection to have for the future.
