This role requires somebody with drive and determinationwho is willing to go the extra mile!There is excellent scope for career progression, and you will be continually supported in your development throughout your time with the company.Responsibilities will include:• Arranging and conducting viewing appointments• Liaising directly with vendors/solicitors• Working to and achieving set targets• Handling negotiations• General administration.Is this you• Experience within a target-driven sales environment• Team player and ability to work under own initiative• An excellent communicator• Confident and outgoing• Target driven• IT literate• Well presented• Full UK driving licence and own car.The package for this role will include a basic salary plus commission in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience and performance. You will also be provided with a car allowance.
