Job Description

Key Accountabilities include:
  • Support delivery of product and proposition portfolio to retains and grow customer base through evolution
  • Support the delivery of business plan with effective cross functional working across Customer Experience, Commercial, Digital, Pricing, Marketing, Field and Customer Fulfilment.
  • Ensure that the products are built to the correct specification and is in line with the good customer outcomes and commercial sustainability.
  • Identify and create propositions to add customer needs and enhance value proposition.
  • Contribute to the design, development and launch of engaging, innovative and commercially successful products and propositions across our chosen sectors
  • Work closely with the Customer Research and Insight team and agency partners to develop a deep understanding of the market opportunity
  • Identify the target customer segments, core offers/ propositions concepts, the key product feature requirements, price positioning, channel strategy and advertising, sales and promotions investment requirements
