Job Description

This well-established luxury jeweller specialising in diamonds and luxury watches are looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant with first class customer service skills.Benefits

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Providing a warm and welcoming customer experience from start to finish
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at all times to all customers
  • Driving sales through strong product knowledge and passion for the items
  • Maintaining excellent standards of personal presentation reflective of the brand
  • Liaise and communicate with your colleagues in a professional and understanding manner
  • Merchandising stock to maximise impact and polishing stock and cabinets
  • Replenishing stock to ensure that the full range is visible to the customer
  • Perform admin duties associated, i.e. completion of orders, repair dockets, sales invoices
  • Performing till duties, processing card and cash transactions professionally and accurately
  • Being highly responsible and vigilant with regard to personal and store security
  • Attend necessary training courses required by the watch and jewellery brands
Requirements:
  • Experience in watch or jewellery sales
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Friendly and engaging personality
