Job Description

Head of Internal Audit** Extensive JSOX or Sox exposure is required from applicants for this role**£100,000/£120,000 + bonus + bensBased in Berkshire but with very flexible working options availableAlexander Lloyd Senior Finance are delighted to be partnering a key client of ours with the appointment of a Head of Internal AuditThis role will lead and motivate a team of 5 to deliver key internal audit services to the organisation across EMEA, this will involve setting and executing the internal audit policy of customers across the regionYou will be accountable the strategic development, management and delivery of compliance across organisation and will also be responsible in driving new business development, business partnering with senior stakeholders across the operating companies, identifying opportunities for increasing the scope and quality of services delivered.Exceptional Internal Audit technical expertise is required in this role and you will continue to maintain proficient technical knowledge of all relevant Internal Audit policies and processes, including incorporating external best practices into the service this will involve detailed knowledge/exposure to Sox & J-SOX.The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Accountant with significant PQE
  • Operating at senior level within the Big 4 or with industry exposure
  • Significant experience of operating at a senior level in audit or risk management with strong knowledge of audit/risk management techniques
  • Extensive SOX & J-SOX experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, partnering with senior stakeholders and new business development
