This person must hit the ground running and deliver a great training experience for the members and can work in a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness, have very clear andexcellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others achieve.Experience of training groups is a great starting point, but training is provided on an ongoing basis. You will be nurtured on how to deliver the business product. They want to see a natural command of your sessions, a great personality, empathy and a genuineskill for coaching.Responsibilities: - Deliver high standard small group personal training - Deliver high standard large group classes. - Contribute to the design and implementation of personal training and class programmes. - Demonstrate and instruct proper exercise techniquesto a varied skill set member demographic. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends and contribute to the continued development of the team and business. - Assist in a daily cleaning and maintenance checklist. - To be yourself and help build the great atmospherein the gym. - Always be on time and professional.Qualifications: - Minimum Level 3 Personal training - First Aid - Public Liability insurance (we can recommend a provider) First Aid will be covered and renewed by the business.Requirements: You can be required to work up to 44hrs of delivery per week between Monday to Saturday. Saturday shifts are rotated by the team each week. You will be on a flexible shift pattern for the rota.
