Lead Finance Business Partner - Brand Agency - Windsor (Hybrid working)£70k + 10% bonus + health care + big company benefits + pensionA true Finance Business Partnering role for a high-growth scale-up Brand Agency in the heart of Windsor.This hugely successful scale-up in the Consumer Brands space has PE backing by a NY based firm and has since expanded internationally into the US, Western Europe and Asia with double-digit growth. They specialise in consumer brand strategy, brand and packagingdesign, consumer marketing and digital strategy. The business is responsible for the branding and design of some of the biggest household name consumer products we use in the UK.Reporting to the parent company Group FD, this role was created to partner the CEO of the business and the Senior Leadership Team, acting as a mini-FD for the business and acting as a trusted advisor to guide them in all their commercial decisions.All the Accounting work has been centralised in a shared service centre - so this is a pure commercial role that will allow you steer clear of monotonous month-end reporting and truly add value.
