Job Description

Customer Support Adviser B2B - FMCG/Retail sectors. To work with the 3PL partners to ensure that all collections and deliveries are On Time and In Full, with the correct documentation to satisfy both legal and customer requirements.   • To work with the 3PL partners to ensure that all collections and deliveries are On Time and In Full, with the correct documentation to satisfy both legal and customer requirements.
  • To work with other departments, in particular Sales, Buying and Technical, to ensure that new accounts and new lines are set up accurately and in a timely fashion in a timely fashion, and delivery promises are satisfied.
  • To work with the Sales team to ensure that excellent customer service is provided to all customers at all times.
  • To complete and reporting appropriate KPIs.
  • Accurately process customer pro forma invoices and sales orders on system, communicating progress to the customer appropriately and in a timely manner, through to invoice
  • Maintain accuracy of data within ERP Sales Order System.

Experience/Skills Required
  • Previous experience of working in a Sales Order Processing team, FMCG highly desirable.
  • Experience of working in a busy customer service environment, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience of working with 3PLs to satisfy both UK and export sales orders.
  • Experience with processing orders received from major UK multiples through EDI beneficial
  • Knowledge of Export and or working with large retailers is advantageous
Job OfferSalary circa £25,000 - £28,000 dependant upon experience
